					<description><![CDATA[I do agree with the principle of Christian Meditation within our prayer and have already been in touch with Kyla on this subject illustrating my personal use in the style of John Main. However, I believe their be a definite distinction between Meditation and Contemplation. In brief to quote:- Meditation is a detachment from the things of the world in order to attend to the things of God. Contemplation is a detachment from the things of God in order to attend to God Himself. Meditation is for everybody -- Contemplation is for the few.]]></description>
