with a dramatic reading of the St. Mark Passion story.
Wednesday in Holy Week – March 21, 7:00 p.m.
Tenebræ(Latin for “darkness”)
A service of sung Psalms, responsories, and lessons
characterized by the gradual extinguishing of candles
with only darkness remaining.
Maundy Thursday – April 1, 7:00 p.m.
Sung Eucharist and Stripping of the Altar
Marking the Last Supper of Jesus Christ with the Apostles
as described in the canonical gospels.
Good Friday – April 2, 2:00 p.m.
A service of music and lessons marking the day Christ was crucified,
with solemn intercessions and meditation on the cross of Jesus.
Easter Day – April 4, usual times.

Palm Sunday, March 28th: prerecorded for 9:30 a.m. on St. Chad’s, Wpg  Facebook page. Palm cross pick-up is available between 10:30 a.m. to 12 noon on that day.
Lent 6 “Practising Lent” study will be held via Zoom and Facebook on Wednesday, March 31, 7 p.m.

All Saints Church
All Saints Church is offering an in-person service with choir and congregational singing (distanced and masked) each Sunday at 11:00 a.m. There will also be a contemplative in-person service on Good Friday at 11:00 am.  All services are live-streamed on YouTube or at allsaintswinnipeg.ca.
