A six week introductory course is being offered in four Anglican churches beginning in the week of October 12:

This course provides an opportunity for those interested in finding out about Christian meditation to experience the practice in a small group, to learn about its origins, and to discover its relevance as a form of prayer for the contemporary world. Admission is free.
