St. George’s (Crescentwood):
December 20 at 7:00 p.m.Virtual Nine Lessons and Carols.The service will use music recorded live at services in 2018 and 2019.  Readers for 2020 have been recorded in the church, one at a time, following all Provincial and Diocesan guidelines. There were never more than 5 people in the church at any point during recording this service. The service will be available to view on the church website: www.stgeorges.mb.ca

St. Margaret’s:
Christmas Traditions Small Group – Tuesday evenings at 7:30 p.m. Join St. Margaret’s this Advent to hear and talk about Christmas traditions both in our own community and in the ‘history’ of Christmas. Hosted by rotating staff members, the first part will be spent hearing about a Christmas tradition from someone in the group; then, in the second part, Dr. Gerry Bowler will offer some leading insight on that man with the beard (one of them anyway), Santa Clause!
An exciting video project for Advent and Christmas is underway! Kenji Dyck will be producing videos for Advent based on the “O Antiiphons”. Art by Christian Worthington will be featured along with musical contributions by Jesse Krause. The first video will be released on December 19 and a new video will be available each day up to December 24.
Camino de Bethlehem 2020Nazareth to Bethlehem is 111 km. This Advent, consider walking the distance between Nazareth and Bethlehem with your family. Make a chart. Draw a map. Use an App. It’s up to you. The idea is to take a journey that connects you to the first Christmas. If you’d like to order an embroidered badge to mark the completion of the journey, please contact Kira Rowat ([email protected]) by December 1.

This Advent, st benedict’s table has organized a special Advent Retreat, inviting ourselves to ask the question ‘What do you want to be when you grow up? St. Saviour’s:
December 24, 7:00 p.m. – A Children’s Christmas Liturgy will be available on our Facebook Page and Youtube channel. This year, the Sunday School children will be sharing with us the meaning of Christmas instead of the sermon in this liturgy.
